Public Performance Of Sound Recordings East Pilbara Entertainment holds a current Phonographic Performance Company of Australia (PPCA) License which permits the public performance of a sound recording under the Copyright Act. In the event that a function requires extra public performance copyright clearance and/or licensing, it is the customer’s responsibility in all cases to ensure the correct clearance and/or license has been obtained.
